Enjoy a table full of Japanese spring time cuisine such as Momo Buta Belly Don – Momo pork belly and egg on rice. Asari Pasta Soup – pasta soup noodle with Asari clams. Singapore-inspired Kaisen Yaki Udon – assorted seafood in Japanese sauce with stir fried udon. Tako Karaage – fried octopus. More choices on the Spring Breeze menu are appetisers such as TakoSunomono($7.80) – boiled octopus with cucumber in Sanbaizu sauce, Ume Madai Sashimi ($13.80) –  Madai is a type of seasonal fish – the equivalent of sea bream – that is fed with a special diet that includes Japanese plums. Aburi Iberico Pork Cheek Don($14.80) – pan-fried iberico pork cheeks served with poached egg, steamed rice and a drizzle of yakitori sauce. Truffle Buta Ramen ($15.80) – Japanese ramen in truffle infused broth and topped with Kagoshima Pork Belly Slices. Cheesy Kaisen Tempura ($9.80) – beancurd topped with seafood and cheese.

Besides the seasonal Spring Breeze menu, Sushi Tei still has the regular menu where you can order sashimi, bento sets, party packs, set meals and more.
