These Ichiban Sushi CNY delights are chilled and vacuum-packed in cooler bag for freshness with simple reheating instructions. The meats, seafood, greens, sauce are all separately vacuum packed to retain their best flavours and held with a disposable aluminium party tray to keep everything neat and tidy. You can also use these aluminium party trays as serving trays to minimise washing after your CNY feast. You can also serve these CNY delights with fancy plating like us to wow your guests.

Japanese Treasure Pot has an umami rich broth with many sea gems that are sure to wow your taste palate. The broth kept us slurping even after finishing all the ingredients. Auspicious Yu Sheng ($66.80+) with Japanese Yuzu sauce is a great starter dish with its appetising tangy sauce and refreshing crunch. This Yu Sheng comes with 24 pcs Salmon with Yuzu sauce made with ingredients from Japan and is great for 8-10 pax to share, available for dine-in or takeaway. The various ingredients that made up this Yu Sheng gave it various depth of flavours and texture. We particularly enjoyed the Yuzu sauce, the crunchy finely shredded radish and carrots, the sweet winter melon chips. Two packets of crispy poh chui crackers which symbolises gold and wealth is also provided, for twice the amount of Huat to usher into your year 2024.
The salmon sashimi is packed separately with an ice pack to keep it fresh and chilled. With 24 pieces of salmon sashimi, we felt that the amount is also good enough to be shared among 8-10 pax.
For the CNY delights, every dish comes with a reheating instructions card. Just follow the simple steps to get piping hot CNY food by either steaming or hot water bath.
Abalone Stuffed Roast Chicken ($98 nett) comes vacuum packed that is ready for steaming or a hot water bath. This is a larger than normal size bird about 2kg before roasting, with teriyaki sauce, mixed greens and surimi such as broccoli, carrots, pumpkin and namafu.
Abalone Stuffed Roast Chicken is glazed in sweet Teriyaki sauce, great size for sharing and definitely very filling. Feast on Teriyaki glazed roasted chicken filled with baby abalones, Chinese pork sausage, ham, dried scallops, dried mushrooms, ginkgo nuts, red dates, lotus seeds and glutinous rice. Chicken is tender with a sweet and savoury flavour.
Ichiban Sushi Japanese Treasure Pot ($268 nett) comes with 11 premium ingredients and upsized! Enjoy whole abalones, sashimi-grade scallops, snow crab legs, fish maw, sea cucumber, prawns, braised pork belly, chicken roulade, shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko and cabbage in piping hot superior stock topped with gold leaf flakes for 6 pax sharing.
Golden Salmon Abundance ($88 nett) is 700g before cooking, a large slab of tender salmon fillet with an addictive lychee sauce that is sweet and tangy. This Yuzu marinated longan crust baked salmon fillet is topped with lychee sauce, broccoli, carrots, pumpkin and namafu.
