For weekday lunch, this seafood bed is not available but selected seafood such as vannamei prawns and salmon sashimi is still available.

Here’s our marina food hall buffet review after trying their weekend lunch buffet menu. As with all buffet, the best time to enjoy the full spread is be there once they start the buffet. The first impression when you enter this buffet are stretches of steaming hot food at their hotel style buffet line with various stations.
The dessert bar also has DIY BBT buffet with chewy pearls roasted oolong tea, earl grey milk tea and dispenser drinks that is available with a top up of $1.90++. End your buffet on a sweet note with some refreshing snow fungus with rock sugar and DIY Belgian waffles that is soft inside with crispy skin.
The most popular station in this buffet line has to be either Japanese food station with seafood bed or the teppanyaki station with cook to order gourmet meats. The sushi chef can be seen furiously hand making every maki to satisfy the hungry and eager diners. You can also see her hand slicing a whole fillet of salmon sashimi when it is running low.
You can also create your own large sukiyaki hotpot with seafood, shabu shabu meat, surimi, greens, tofu and mushrooms. There are 3 soup bases such as tonkotsu, herbal and tom yam to choose from. Get shabu hotpot ingredients such as xiao bai cai, cabbage, lettuce, morning glory, Beijing cabbage, baby nai bai, fried tofu skin, various assorted surimi, enoki, shimeiji and various noodles such as udon for your sukiyaki or shabu shabu hotpot. While hotpotting, you can also head over to their sushi chef station to get your hands on some assorted handmade sushi & maki. Like a Japanese buffet, you can enjoy all you can eat salmon sashimi. They also have various handmade maki with nari, unagi, tamago, salmon & kani maki and look out for some of their Special maki of the day.
The weekend lunch buffet seafood on ice are also ready to eat with slipper lobsters, mussel, hotate scallops, vannamei prawns, edamame, abalone and salmon sashimi. They also added snow crab legs for their weekend lunch buffet. You can eat these straight from the seabed or cook them in the hotpot on every table. Seafood on ice is not available for weekday lunch.
At the Teppanyaki, pick your own teppanyaki meats and the chef will assist to cook for you. A buzzer will be given to you where you can return to collect your meats when they are cooked. You can also watch your meat cooked through the show window at their teppanyaki station.
Seasoned with salt and pepper like all Teppanyaki meats, you can enjoy these freshly cook meats such as chicken, pork and beef in Japanese or Korean style with their house made sauce at this buffet. There are three sauce – brown caramelised bbq sauce, Gochujiang and Teriyaki sauce to glaze your meats with. You can also enjoy some pork belly in Korean style with gochujiang, spicy chicken and black pepper chicken thighs with skin on for more flavours. There’s even Japanese style beef brisket marinated in soy sauce, mirin and sake.

This is how it works : poach your choice of noodles such as thick rice noodle, yellow bean noodle or udon and other ingredients such as fish cake, bean sprouts and greens in the simmering pot of hot water.
