You can now enjoy a Lobster buffet at the Marina Food Hall with free flow meaty lobster claw and snow crab leg during their weekend dinner buffet as well as public holidays & eve dinner buffet. Abalones in shell and octopus leg are available daily during their dinner buffets. These are cooked seafood which you can enjoy right off their cooked seafood bed with the dip provided such as garlic butter sauce, Tabasco sauce & lemon, Thai chilli seafood sauce and more.
At Marina Food Hall Seafood Buffet, they have a premium seafood bed on ice with ready to eat cooked seafood. Pictured above is the full spread of the variety of seafood available during the weekend dinner buffet. The seafood includes Boston lobster claw, snow crab leg, abalone, shuck for you live oysters, giant octopus leg, crawfish, slipper lobster, half shell scallop, hotate, vannamei sweet prawn, sweet shrimp, baby octopus, mock abalone, and various shellfishes. This seafood bed is available for weekday dinner buffet (without the lobster crawl and snow crab leg).
At the Marina Food Hall BBQ buffet, you can also pick your own seafood & meat and use their cook for you service by their chef using Teppanyaki and sauce of your choice. Enjoy a sumptuous seafood and meat buffet with teppanyaki octopus leg, abalone, lobster claws, crawfish, saba fish, sweet vannamei piping hot off the teppan griddles. Pair these with the many sauces at their condiment bar. This new cook-for-you live station is available for dinner daily.
If you love bbq buffet, you can also choose to have your pick of seafood grilled over charcoal grill with their Grill-for-you service by their bbq chef. In total, you can enjoy your food cooked with their live station service in 3 different ways – Teppanyaki, charcoal grill bbq or seafood boil for dinner daily.
If you love seafood boil, you can also get your seafood poached and tossed in either tomato cream or black pepper sauce.
Here’s Marina Food Hall buffet price with sashimi lunch for Monday to Friday at $20.90++, Saturday & Sunday Lunch at $26.90++. Do note that for sashimi Lunch buffet, there are lesser variety of seafood, meats, food, seafood bed and the Gourmet beef carving station is also not available. Teppanyaki beef steak, sashimi, roasted meats, hotpot, prawns and some shellfishes are still available for lunch buffet goers to enjoy.
As for their dinner buffet, Monday to Thursday weekday dinner is at $36.90++, Friday to Sunday Dinner at $43.90++. For PH & Eve there is a surcharge of $3 on top of the daily buffet price.
For this weekend dinner buffet, you can make your own premium seafood hotpot with various prized seafood. Hotpot all the seafood in your own table top hotpot stove in various soup bases such as herbal, mala and tom yam soup.
They also have shuck for you live oyster for dinner and various freshly cut sashimi such as salmon, Hamachi, Ika, handmade sushi and various Special maki of the day. The live oysters are a must have and best enjoyed with fresh lemon juice and Tabasco sauce for a mild tangy kick.
This buffet place is great for large gatherings with cool air-con interiors and spacious layout. Check out their gourmet meat carving station with slow roast beef eye with medium rare juicy core. Their carving chef will assist to carve these delicate cuts for you and drizzling on some piping hot sauces made with red wine, mustard and more. Their buffet line also has a hotel style international buffet on rotating menu with Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Mediterranean and western dishes daily. Here’s our Marina Food Hall review after trying most of the food on their menu during their weekend dinner buffet. For meat lovers, you will be wowed by the variety of marinated meats that you can pick & choose from the meat grocer in this buffet. Here are some of the marinated meats – beef steak & pork chop with herb butter & black pepper, beef brisket with Korean spicy sauce, bone in short ribs with bulgogi sauce, chicken yakiniku with yuzu citrus sauce, pork jowl with Thai lemongrass sauce, pork with garlic soy sauce and more. There are also various shabu hotpot meats available – pork, beef and chicken – for your hotpot needs.
Get various premium gourmet meats such as bone-in short ribs, beef briskets, pork jowl and more grilled for you at their live stations in 3 ways.
