There are a variety of seafood, cuts of meats, marinated meats, grill boats, yakitori, sushi, fruits, vege, in-house homemade desserts and even a DIY snow ice machine. There are many variety of food for you to try so plan your stomach space accordingly so you can try every bit of each food.
Let’s start with the mud crab where you can enjoy grilled crabs with sauces from their condiment counter or simply hotpot them for a shorter cooking time.
While the food cooks on the grill, you can also get some ready to eat sushi. These are signature sushi designed and handmade by La Jiang Shan in-house sushi chef for their new Japanese style buffet.
These sushi are only available for dinner buffet after 5pm. There are various creative sushi types such as dessert uramaki, fruity uramaki, floss & tuna maki, egg custard desserts and more.
They also have smoked duck nigiri, crab mayo sushi, tamago sushi, ebi tobiko maki as well. These are on a rotating menu daily with a minimum of 5 types daily.
