The soup is made with lots of real long pork ribs and big pork bones and other secret ingredients, they did not stinge on the ingredients used to make this signature pork ribs soup base.

大盘鸡拌面 Mixed Noodle With Big Plate Chicken ($9.80) is a dry tossed noodle with savoury spicy sauce from a plate of stir fry braised chicken with green pepper, red pepper, potato and lot of popping roasted sesame seeds. The big plate chicken dish is first stir-fried before adding as a topper on the noodles.
