Singapore-inspired Kaisen Yaki Udon – assorted seafood in Japanese sauce with stir fried udon. Tako Karaage – fried octopus. More choices on the Spring Breeze menu are appetisers such as TakoSunomono($7.80) – boiled octopus with cucumber in Sanbaizu sauce, Ume Madai Sashimi ($13.80) – Madai is a type of seasonal fish – the equivalent of sea bream – that is fed with a special diet that includes Japanese plums. Aburi Iberico Pork Cheek Don($14.80) – pan-fried iberico pork cheeks served with poached egg, steamed rice and a drizzle of yakitori sauce. Truffle Buta Ramen ($15.80) – Japanese ramen in truffle infused broth and topped with Kagoshima Pork Belly Slices. Cheesy Kaisen Tempura ($9.80) – beancurd topped with seafood and cheese.
