Thank you starhub for solving the problem that blocked all starhub maxonline users from accessing my server.
I guess you have to keep complaining to get things done faster. You dont have to shout at them, you just have to keep complaining nicely at them. One call per day is enough.
Starhub will solve your problem but you just have to give them some time. A big thank you to the starhub technical guy who help me.
All starhub users will be having problem accessing all sites hosted on my server. Visitors have to wait like one minute to get in. This is disappointing as a starhub maxonline user myself. I can access my sites with any other isp such as singtel. Yes. Im at my friends house with a singtel line to write this crap.
I will solve this problem with starhub asap. Speed will depend much on their ability to solve problems. According to my experience, i always end up having to solve the problems myself. If by today, the problem is not solved, i will change server. I hate waiting for people’s inability to do things fast.
Update- Not giving in to starhub. Will bark them day in day out.
