Singapore idol performance – Soul and R&B

A boring night with no special surprises. After tonight, more viewers will hate joakim even more. Will he survive another night? As what Ken said, is Paul Twohill in danger? Will Joakim kick Paul Twohill or the others out again?

Paul Twohill is physically sick and he sang with a stone in his mouth.

Jonathan shows that he can attract the older generation.

Joakim shows some cocky side.

Hady with another safe performance.

Jamine’s performance.

Joakim was not cocky. And please don’t sound as if Joakim kicked the IDOLs out. The Idol fans are just not voting enough.

basically, as a person, i think joakim is very nice.

as a singer.. hes horrible. This fella is ‘learning to sing’ to this part of the competition. While others are competing with respect to their vocal ability. pathetic isn’t it. Bring it on u say Joakim.. If its up to singaporeans above the age of 17 and male singaporeans above the age of 6, u would have been out a long time ago.

please man, as a singer, u seriously sound bad.. an excruciating pain it is to hear ur miserable attempt to sing. It just makes me want to switch the channel.

but i didn’t switch channel.. u know y? because i want to hear what Ken want to whack you with.. which by the way is the real deal.

i thought hoakim improve little bit.
but its not enough and this is a quality which should come only in a
    PIANO SHOW.

imagine joakim competing in the piano show with songs other than geek in pink. it will b a joke!

hell! i tink tat hady will b in danger tonight… i jus have a bad feeling as he did not giv satisfying performance(compared to his other performances). a lot of other contestants “go home” in this way too. but if he get voted out(i dun wish), i will never watch singapore idol again.

sorry its joakim, not hoakim. typo error. so sorry.

oso i think tat joakim is oso rather cocky compared to others. every week, contestants get in due to their performances but not joakim and paul. they got in with popularity and not their performances. it will b a joke if one of them wins.

i thought at least half of those in the ousted list should b in this round.

i agree khai. although we torture ourselves to get to the end of joakim’s painful performances, it’s what ken says that’s what watching SI is about.

i don’t think it’s about the other fans who did not vote for their idols who are ousted already. joakim really is a person who… will u just face it, is not suitable for this competition. his performances, although sincere, are just not meant to be received by someone who knows what SI is about. i hope most people understand this.

im sad to see joakim leave the stage when he improved. i would rather he got out earlier, when his singing was just horrible. i think one of his most horrible performance was i’ll be there for you.

p.s. i think voters just want to see his supposedly cute face again and again each week.

i thought that joakim would get out after 2 rounds or so… didnt know his fans so despo… surprisingly, i felt sad for him.

as for mathilda, she just didnt have the whole package. but at least she should have gotten 3rd or 2nd! what kind of shit is singapore voting. besides norman and emilee being voted out in the early stages, the rest deserve to stay longer..

i supported gayle, i think she’s sweet and her voice is also good, i thought she would be able to get at least 5th. anyway when she got out i thought nurul would do better, she got more fans after all. and she is quite good looking, slim, tall… all these things singaporeans like to see. and her voice is pleasant even though i admit people like jonathan and mathilda much much better.

jasmine is now the only girl left.. i don’t really think she is cute at all, really. but her fanbase is quite big. and she IS improving a lot these days. in the beginning i didnt like her.

im sure there are people out there that did not join SI who sing good too… if there is a season 3 it had better work out better

Jasmine did very well with Aretha Franklin ’s “Think(Freedom)” as she improve from “Sweet Child O Mine”.
Jasmine sang “Come On Over” by Christina Augilera .She did not do very well.
Another good performance from Hady with Boyz II Men ’s”I ‘ll Make Love To You” n Justin Timerlake ’s “Sernoitha”
Joakim did well on “My Cherish Armour” by Sieve Wondert but a boring song on “I Dont Want To Know” by Mario Winnas
Jon haf a breakthrough performance wif “unforgeetable”
O.M.G!REALLY!!! Paul did very bad wif both songs n make Joakim wanna stay
