Mathilda definitely has the idol voice but a makeover for her image. Come on, slim down and change your hairstyle, you will make it to the top.

Nurul is better than Mathilda?!!!! Singaporeans you must be NUTS and have poor judgment if you pick her. thought other than that Emilee Ah Lian who who has a unique way of singing english song in the ah lian way, the next person to leave Idol should be Nurul. In fact, Norman can sing better. Hey Singaporeans, are you guys voting blindly or deaf???

2. Jay – Heart-felt performance

Looking back at the auditions, when they judges asked him to brush away his hair and see his full face, i admit he’s super fugly. He covers his flaws well.

Yeah it’s true, Mathilda does have the best voice, but little originality. She looks far from an idol. She’s just a good Aretha Franklin imitator. But all the same, I think she definitely has potential to grow and she definitely deserves to be in the top 12 solely for the fact that SHE CAN SING. Admit it, many in the top 12 have reed thin voices and are extremely average in terms of singing capability. Paul Twohill is a classic example. It’s just his hair that has got him through….I didn’t say this my friend did…He covers his face with that fringe of his because he doesn’t what the audience to be faced with his stark ugliness. And that Emilee girl can carry a tune pretty well, but she’s so karaoke-loungeISH. Her diction sucks and she sounds like she’s singing a chinese song when she’s supposed to be singing english. She has this ah soh quality to her, not really hip…Sorry just my personal opinion

Nurul has a fairly good voice out of the rest of the last batch of girls. But definitely shocked at the glitch.
