Raining Litters in Hougang
Last night was raining litters at Blk 332, Hougang Avenue 5. Beside cupboards and containers, dangerous items such as a rice cooker were seen flying down from 10th storey of the flat.
It all started at 7pm when a 30 plus woman started giving out free presents out of her flat.
When the police arrived, she locked herself in her flat. Only after 3 hours, she was arrested with the help of Singapore civil defence force. The police said she was talking without making any sense. Siao liao.
