Topless Women in Blue Skirt with Bra in Chute
A topless woman, 20, was found dead at Blk 161 Toa Payoh Lorong 1 early in the morning.
She was clad in a blue skirt and her bra was found in a rubbish chute.
Based on her injuries, the police believed that she could have felt off a kitchen window.
