Singapore Students Love Suicides
From 2000-2004, 5% of singapore suicide cases involved students younger than 20 years of age. Just recently, in 3 days we had 2 JC students suicides. Singapore students are lost when it comes to what to live for in life. All the dumb parents only know how to educate their children with this mindset – ’study hard, grow up, get a good job and earn more money’. In the end they usually end up being a slave for the rest of their life. Grades are totally useless when it comes to making money.
The main reason for schooling is to meet new friends and have a good childhood. Usually 99% of what you studied dont apply in the real world. If your goal is to be rich, stop schooling now and learn business. If not, go on with your education, a degree, a master and climb your way up corporate ladders. I have not climbed a ladder in my life, cos i owned it.
