Psycho Surrendered himself for Henderson Road Killing
Yesterday at about 9.50am, Chan Khoon Tee, 52, walked into the A&E Department of the Institute of Mental Health and told the security guards to arrest him. He was found with a 12 cm long knife.
It is believed that the vicitm Hussein Abdul Rahman was murdered by Chan because of a dispute over a missing handphone.
Isnt it scary that a former mental hospital patient is someone you know. Avoid having a confrontation with them, they are psycho, they will just kill you with no reason.
