The 22-year-old Malaysian was given the death sentence on 26 August 05 after been found guilty of killing the girl on 10 October 04. He appealed against the death sentence. Today, the Court of Appeal handed down its verdict.

“i tink the TOOK was such a crazy man..! at first he says that he love Huang Na and say he treated her as his own daughter. and he says that Huang Na wanted to play hide-and-seek with him. So he brought her to the stored room and they started to play. next TOOK says that Huang Na wanted to play something more exciting and thrilling.
